Fermentation has hit the headlines recently due to the incredible health benefits of increasing the diversity of the body’s friendly bacteria. But did you know that only handmade, artisan fermented products maintain their high levels of friendly gut bacteria?

This course will give you the skills and confidence to start fermenting in your own kitchen and give you the chance to sample lots of fermented produce. This beginners guide will include an overview of how to ferment:

– Water Kefir

– Milk Kefir

– Kombucha

– Sauerkraut

– Kimchi

Everyone will have the opportunity to make their own water kefir andsauerkraut. You will take away your own jar and fermenting bottle.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The address is one minute walk from Shoreham-by-Sea train station.

There is plenty of parking in the train station car park or free off road parking on nearby streets
