I run an introduction to fermenting workshops from my kitchen where we cover; what the the microbiome is, how the microbiome links to overall health and how we can diversify our microbiome through diet and lifestyle.
We cover femented drinks including water kefir, kombucha and millk kefir. We also explore fermented foods such as sauerkraut and kimchi. It is a hands-on workshop where you leave with your own flavour of water kefir and jar of ready to fement sauerkraut.
