Introduction to Fermented Foods and Drinks – 4 hours saturday workshop
I run an introduction to fermenting workshops from my kitchen where we cover; what the the microbiome is, ideas as to how the microbiome links to overall health and suggestions of how we can diversify our microbiome through diet and lifestyle.
We cover fermented drinks including water kefir, kombucha and millk kefir. We also explore fermented foods such as sauerkraut and kimchi. It is a hands-on workshop where you leave with your own flavour of water kefir and jar of ready to fement sauerkraut.
