This vegan fermented drink is a naturally carbonated, low sugar and low alcohol drink (<1.2%abv). It is made by hand in Shoreham-by Sea using traditional techniques to keep the drink as live as possible. Made with fresh ginger and rhubarb fruit. It can be drunk in the morning as an alternative to fruit juice or for a special occasion as an alternative to prosecco. The rhubarb and ginger flavour is a refreshing drink with a some heat from the ginger.
Keep refrigerated to prevent further fermentation and possible explosion!
Once opened drink within three days.
Water kefir, Sugar (metabolised), rhubarb (13%), ginger (1%), lemon (1%).
